We specialize in intelligent systems for vehicles, including Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS), Central Tire Inflation Systems (CTIS), digital air inflators, and GPS-based tracking modules (“Products”). All product specifications, descriptions, and prices (listed in Indian Rupees – INR) are subject to change at any time without notice. We have made every effort to display the images and technical details of our Products as accurately as possible.

3. ORDERS AND BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in product or pricing information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping information for all orders placed at our store.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & INSTALLATION

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased Product is compatible with their vehicle.

Our Products are technical in nature and may require professional installation. We highly recommend that installation be performed by a qualified automotive technician.

MANATEC MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any damage to the Product or the vehicle, or for any personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse of the Product.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Products sold on this Site are covered by a specific manufacturer’s warranty, the details of which are provided with the Product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to improper installation, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. For post-installation issues, please refer to the warranty claim process.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of MANATEC MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall MANATEC MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puducherry.
