At Manatec Mobility, we are committed to providing high-quality products. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. RETURN POLICY WINDOW
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an eligible item.

2. CONDITIONS FOR A VALID RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions are mandatory:

The product must be completely unused and uninstalled.

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged brand packaging with all original contents, including user manuals, warranty cards, cables, sensors, and all other accessories.

The serial number on the product must match the one on the original invoice.

3. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
A return request will not be accepted under the following conditions:

The product has been installed, used, or shows any signs of installation attempts.

The product is damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accident.

The original packaging is damaged, or any accessories are missing.

The return is requested for a product that is functioning correctly but is incompatible with your vehicle.

Note: For issues that arise after installation, please refer to the Product Warranty information.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or is different from what you ordered, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Proof: Please provide your Order ID along with clear photos and a detailed unboxing video of the package and product. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing claims of damage.

5. THE RETURN PROCESS

Initiate Request: Contact our support team at info@manatecmobility.com with your order details and the required proof.

Approval & Reverse Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.

Quality Check (QC): After the product is received at our facility, it will undergo a mandatory technical inspection and quality check.

6. REFUND POLICY

Processing: Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and has passed our quality check.

Credit Timeframe: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. REPLACEMENT POLICY
A replacement will be provided if your original item was received in a damaged or defective (Dead on Arrival) condition.

Delivery Timeframe: Once your request for a replacement is approved and the returned item passes inspection, a new product will be dispatched. You can expect the replacement to be delivered within 7 to 9 working days.
